- Leading the Function. Building, renewing, motivating, challenging and managing a high performance team in procurement. Taking generic competencies and relating them to your specific procurement initiatives.
- Leading Change. Working on the soft side of strategy in order to facilitate more effective and sustainable mobilisation. This draws together the other four competencies into a holistic approach.
