In the past 2 years we have continued to develop innovative consulting services that help our clients to deliver exceptional benefits for their organisations.

We have seen an increased requirement for strategic supplier management as organisations recognise the value opportunity and risk reduction potential through active management of key relationships.

Many organisations have acknowledged that their sourcing and supplier management processes need to be much more efficient and easier to use.  In response, we have co-developed Track 8, our integrated suite of processes and tools, with a leading digital marketing agency.

Strategic sourcing is another area that we have developed our capability, through hands-on client implementation projects.  This is where radical changes are made simultaneously to internal and external ways of working in order to deliver 20%+ cost reduction.

In Organisation development we have recently worked with procurement leadership teams to agree what?s next for themselves, their team and their organisation. We have also provided coaching and support to resolve operating model and organisational issues and to build cultural and behavioural norms that will support successful strategy execution.
