Process Implementation

Designing, launching and embedding any major business process is a significant organisational challenge. Our proven approach is to work closely with cross-functional design teams and fully customise processes so that they are a perfect fit with the client objectives, business environment and existing methodology.

We have designed and implemented procurement processes in three core areas:

  • Strategic Sourcing
  • Supplier Management

These processes contain a toolkit of more than 150 guides and templates that have been designed in line with five guiding principles:

  • Pragmatism: our guides focus as much on the “how-to” as the “what”, making them practical, easy to understand and apply.
  • Customised to organisation: we work with client design teams to tailor the toolkit to the precise needs of the organisation.
  • Speed of use: key output documents are built using easily completed templates that are also used at approval gateways.
  • Flexible application: category/supplier importance drives levels of process application, with the emphasis on keeping it simple.
  • Value creating: tools and process steps are focused on value creation and opportunity identification, not adding bureaucracy.

We have integrated the three core processes in Track 8 - our web based portal that that has been designed to overcome the motivational and change management barriers associated with traditional procurement process approaches.
