Phase 3: Implementing the transformation programme

A third area of transformation support we provide is the implementation of the transformation programme. Having designed the transformation plan, we are often requested to programme manage it’s implementation, along with driving the savings workstream that delivers the programme ROI. Other areas that we lead or support are flexible depending on client requirements, but frequently include procurement team strategy creation, organisation design, team training and category management process development.
