Introduction

Future Purchasing is a Procurement Consultancy company that was formed in 2002, with its head office in Guildford, UK. It was formed to bring together outstanding project teams of consultants with exceptionally strong change management, process design, implementation and educational expertise in Procurement. Members of our consulting team have been involved in 150+ projects, in 19 sectors and 25 countries, during the past two decades.

Our aim is to help companies unlock value from its suppliers. We support senior executives, CPOs, vice presidents and their leadership teams in large, complex organisations on major programmes of change.
