Category Management

We are working with a number of clients who see that applying category management principles and ways of working to their external spend is the best way to deliver significantly improved financial results.

If you have any questions around category management please contact Simon Brown - Director Category Management.

Leading Practices in Category Management

We invite you to complete our online survey on Category Management.

Category Management is a strategic end to end process that aligns procurement activity with internal business requirements to deliver reduced costs, increased customer satisfaction and improved business performance. In some organisations, Category Management is accepted as a core business process but in others it is still seen as a bureaucratic procurement process.

We are undertaking a deep dive into the current state of Category Management. Our survey starts with initial design and training through to application and delivery. Please take the time to complete our survey online and you will receive a complimentary copy of our findings in a report to be published in July.
